We placed our Small Batch Gin in a Spanish brandy cask for just over two years. While the Spanish brandy cask made a significant contribution to the flavor, the gin just wasn’t quite ready. After an additional six months in a Jamaican rum cask, the funk and flavor of the two casks married deliciously. This is the second longest cask finished gin we have released to date.
Tasting Notes: A tawny bronze, this gin is eye-catching! Equally as striking are scents of brown sugar, ginger, mixed peppercorns, and lemon erupting from the glass. Mouthwatering flavors of pink peppercorn, hibiscus, cardamom, orange peel, cedar, and sweet grass keep the intrigue going, with more brown sugar, banana bread, and sweetgrass on the finish. A fun, fun tipple. Spike some pink lemonade or enjoy on its own
