Bottle Your Own Copperworks American Single Malt Whiskey

Go behind the scenes at the distillery and bottle your own whiskey! Using our copper dipping dog, you'll pull whiskey straight from the cask before sealing your bottle and adding the final details. This single cask will continue to mature after this distillery-exclusive experience, meaning you're capturing a whiskey that won't be found anywhere else and won't taste quite the same ever again.

Currently available: Single Cask No. 317

Crafted from Genie barley grown by Johns Ranch in Athena, Oregon, in 2017 and malted as a pale malt. Matured for four years and six months in a new American Oak cask, char #2. 60% ABV (120 Proof).

Single Cask No. 317 takes you on a far reaching and wild journey. Freshly doused campfire on the nose, accompanied by sweet grain, dried grass, and a cream puff with freshly grated lemon zest on top. The adventure continues to unfold on the palate with notes of espresso, burned sugar, toffee, angel food cake, and peach skin all supported by a sturdy oak framework. The finish is no less spectacular with soft leather, fresh-cut evergreen, black chocolate with mint essence leaving you with a long goodbye.

Please note that advance purchase is not necessary. If you're planning to visit our Seattle Distillery and Tasting Room, you can simply walk in and let us know you'd like to bottle your own single cask. This experience will be available during our normal hours of operation, subject to availability during peak hours.

If you would prefer to arrange your experience in advance, you're certainly welcome to do so! When completing your online purchase, add a note to let us know that you plan to come to the distillery. We will reach out from Retail@CopperworksDistilling.com to arrange your experience. Please plan for about 15 minutes to fill your bottle.

I don't live in Seattle. Can I order this anyways and have a bottle shipped to me without visiting the distillery? Yes! While we're sad to miss out on the bottling experience with you, we understand the excitement for a unique Copperworks single cask whiskey. Simply make a note in your online purchase that you will not be visiting the distillery and wish to have your bottle(s) shipped. A member of our team will fill your bottle(s) for you. Please note there is no change in price for this option.
