You may return or exchange items at any time after purchase.

Please call us at 206.504.7604 or email Retail@CopperworksDistilling.com to let us know if you are requesting a refund or exchange. We can then take the necessary steps to resolve the situation.

We recommend using a shipping service with tracking ability or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return/Refunds

We will notify you by email when we receive your returned item. Then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Return/Exchanges

We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If we do not have more inventory of the item you wish to replace, we will offer a substitute item or refund, whichever you choose.
